Create a Stock, Competitive, or Legacy Device

Devices are the butter to the Contact's bread in Smartcare, you'll need to track both closely to optimize your hearing center's operations.

Add Stock Devices

Click on the purple plus (+) button at the platform's top right corner.

Choose Device option.

If adding new device to inventory, complete all relevant device information, then select Stock in Stage field.

Specify  Location.

Select select check-in date, then Save once all fields are complete.

Device is now created and placed in inventory, found in Stock on Devices tab.

Fit Legacy Devices

Click on the purple plus (+) button at the platform's top right corner.

Choose Device option.

If creating new device to fit to a Contact, complete all relevant device information, then select Fit in Stage field.

Assign Contact.

If it's a legacy purchase, select delivery date, or leave date blank for a competitive device. Save once all fields are complete.

Device is now created and attached to Contact, found in Devices tab.
