Move Devices Through Tracking
Smartcare's Tracking tab is designed to help you know how many devices you have "out" at any given time. Having all your patient's device statuses in one place is extremely efficient, and helps eliminate that scary feeling when you realize a patient has been kept waiting.

- Click the Tracking button on the side bar.

- Click Order button to create a Purchase Order.

- Complete Device details to match order, then Save and close.

- Repeat steps 2 and 3 if there is a second device to order.

- Click Check in button to create Packing Slip.

- Add Serial numbers and warranty expiration dates for Device, Extension and Attachment if applicable. Save and close.

- Repeat steps 5 and 6 if there is a second device to check in.

- Click Deliver button to create Receipt of Delivery.

- Device cards will populate for devices that have been checked in for that Contact. Click Save and review.

Sign button to add Contact and Provider
signatures. Click
X on top right corner to save and close.
