How to Set Up Your Google Review Link
- Find your Google review link by searching for your business on Google and selecting “Write a review.” Copy the URL.
- Send your Google review link to support@smartcare.io, and we will insert it for you.
Turning Follow-Ups On or Off
Google review follow-ups are managed per appointment type.

- Go to Settings in Smartcare.
- Select Appointments and find the appointment type you want to edit.
- Click on the three dots next to the appointment type.
- Scroll to the bottom and find Automated Follow-Ups. Toggle it on or off as needed.
🚀 Recommendation: We suggest turning on follow-ups for first-time appointments and disabling them for follow-ups or routine visits to start.
