Create a Service Sheet
Service sheets allow you to easily organize appointment notes in the SOAP format and create charges for services rendered. All on the same document!
Click on Create new, then Service Sheet on a Contact's Documents tab.
You can adjust the Date, Location, and Assigned user at the top of the page.
Enter notes in SOAP format, there are prompts to help you get started.
Add charges related to this document by searching on a line item or clicking on See all to view your full fee schedule.
Click Add a line if multiple charges are needed.
Click on Save and close to return to Documents, or Save and invoice to proceed to an Invoice.
