Create a Hearing Test

Hearing tests are absolutely essential to your clinic, Smartcare's goal is to let you create them with ease, and to store and access them quickly and seamlessly.

Click on Create new, then Hearing Test on a Contact's Documents tab.

Complete FDA questions 1-6.

Start an audiogram manually, or Import from Noah.

Speech audiometry will also import from Noah, or enter manually. Complete FDA question 7.

Fill out the Professional assessment (this is very important)! This field helps Smartcare determine if the contact is Qualified to wear hearing aids, placing them in the appropriate Stage. Enter additional notes if needed, then Save and review.

The document can be reviewed at this time prior to saving.

Add provider signature and any applicable charges in the Cost Summary. Click Edit to make changes, or X to save and close.
