Create a New Contact
Tracking someone from their first interaction with you is very important in running your clinic optimally. Smartcare recognizes these people as CONTACTS.

Quick Add New Contact

Click on the purple plus (+) button in the platform's top right corner and select Contact.

A New contact form will pop up. Fill out information, then click Save.

A new Contact is created as a Lead! Contact can now be searched, or found in Recently viewed section.

Go to Contact's page. Click Edit button to edit additional contact details.

Edit any pertinent info, click Save and close to exit.
Create Contact AND Appointment

Click on available time in schedule (note cursor is on 9:15 AM).

Search Contact, if not found, click on blue banner to create new. Fill out Contact and appointment information, then click Save button in bottom right.

New Contact and appointment are created.
